Sources and evidence standards

Find the official materials behind Bangladesh market descriptions and the global educational concepts used here.

TakaCompass prioritizes the source that is authoritative for each fact: Bangladesh Bank for its government-security material, BBS for price-statistics publications, BSEC for regulation and investor education, DSE for exchange information, and an issuer's own official documents for issuer facts. Foreign investor-education sources support general concepts only; they do not establish Bangladesh-specific product terms or legal rules.

Primary-source register

Use the official Bangladesh Bank government securities pages for instrument descriptions, auction material and current product documents; consult BBS for CPI and price statistics; use BSEC and DSE pages for their investor education, exchange and disclosure information. Specific offers, eligibility, fees, taxes and current terms must be checked in the exact effective-dated official document.

How sources are interpreted

A source may support a fact without granting permission to scrape, store, derive rankings from or redistribute its content. A secondary educational source can clarify a general idea, but Bangladesh-specific facts should be traced to Bangladesh's official or first-party documents. Where an authoritative conflict remains unresolved, TakaCompass should show uncertainty rather than silently choose.

Current demo status

The application ships fictional observations and rankings labelled `DEMO DATA — NOT LIVE`. The source register in the repository documents an official-source audit but does not establish reuse rights or import live prices, yields, taxes, access rules or Shariah classifications.
