Trust and transparency
Editorial policy
How TakaCompass handles sourcing, uncertainty, examples, translations and financial education claims.
TakaCompass content is educational and should make its evidence, assumptions and limitations visible. This initial library was prepared from repository specifications and primary official references; it does not claim named financial authors, professional credentials, legal approval or independent human review. The Bangla text is a draft translation and is marked as not human-reviewed.
Evidence and wording
Bangladesh-specific claims should point to the relevant Bangladesh Bank, BSEC, DSE, BBS, issuer or other official first-party source. Each page lists the sources used for its main factual statements. General concepts may use authoritative investor-education material from elsewhere, with local legal or product terms kept separate. Unknown or disputed facts should be labelled unverified; current yields, taxes, access conditions and Shariah determinations are not invented.
Examples and translations
Any amounts and shocks described as fictional are teaching inputs, not observations or expected returns. English and Bangla content should carry equivalent cautions and source standards. Bangla financial pages remain unpublished until an appropriately skilled human reviews terminology and meaning; `banglaReviewed` is false throughout this library.
Review and dates
The `updated` field records the content's preparation or edit date; it does not claim a regulated review or independent expert sign-off. Recheck time-sensitive statements against the effective-dated official document before publication. The project's correction route is its public issue tracker, where reports should avoid personal data.
